Delivered within 3-7 working days. (Shipping based on weight calculated at checkout) 

Orders crossing borders may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and you will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order.

Please note that we are not responsible for the situation if your parcel gets stuck in customs or transit. Please also keep in mind that during the festive season, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Our products are entirely hand blended and made in small batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each product can vary slightly. We cannot offer refunds. If however, there is damage, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange.
