Are ANAI products 100% Natural & Organic? Anai's products are natural and where possible organic. Our products are made in the smallest of batches to better preserve the integrity of the rare and refined ingredients.

Do ANAI products have expiry dates? Yes, given we avoid preservatives and synthetics that artificially prolong the life of a product, our products do have 'sell and use by dates'. We recommend a 'use by' of six months on most products.

How can I best store ANAI products? We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Are ANAI's products suitable for babies? Our products are designed for adult use only. Babies’ skin is very delicate, so we don’t recommend using our products on infants or children. For babies, we always recommend products specifically formulated for infants.

Are ANAI's products suitable for men's beards? Yes. Our products can be used on beards to help nourish facial hair and support healthy-looking growth. Apply a small amount and massage into the beard and underlying skin. Avoid contact with eyes.

How long until I see results with The Hair Growth Elixir? With consistent use, most customers notice improvements in scalp health first and visible growth over time. We generally recommend using the elixir consistently for at least 8–12 weeks to assess results.
