Anai was born from a personal journey, shaped by hair loss, healing, and a commitment to holistic wellness.

At the height of her hyperthyroidism diagnosis in early 2025, Dana Barnett, the founder of Anai, experienced a dramatic change in her hair. What was once long, thick, and healthy became thin, brittle, and fragile. Despite trying countless solutions, nothing restored what she had lost. Watching her hair fall out rapidly was both distressing and disheartening.

Dana chose to confront this experience by immersing herself in the history of Ayurveda and ancient Indian hair care rituals. She explored powerful ingredients and practices rooted in restoration and balance. Her personal struggle became the catalyst for a deeper purpose. She has created something truly effective not only for herself, but for others facing similar challenges.

After years of research, formulation and testing, the Hair Growth Elixir was created. Infused with ayurvedic botanicals like, Amla, Bhringraj and Bhrami.
